As a result each client we work with gets a tailored service.
Our fees are structured based on complexity and size of the business and the volume of transactions involved.
We will always have a meeting with you to fully understand your business and your needs; the costs below are merely for guidance purposes.
Below are three examples of clients and the typical range of fees for differing levels of service:
Client A:
Small business, up to 1 employee, up to 50 transactions per month.
Standard Bookkeeping:
- Purchases and Sales Ledgers
- Expenses and mileage claims
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Paypal account reconciliation
- Processing bank receipts and payments
- Management Journals
- Liaising with your Accountant
Typical cost range: £100 to £175 per month
Client B:
Growing business, up to 10 employees, up to 175 transactions per month
- Standard bookkeeping, as above, plus:
- VAT return preparation and submission
- Sales Invoicing
- Credit Control
Typical cost range: £175 to £525 per month
Client C:
Large business, unlimited transactions and numbers of employees
- Standard bookkeeping, as per Client A above, plus
- VAT return preparation and submission
- Sales Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Cash Flow Management
- Quarterly meetings with Julie Owen
